Directions for Athletes

Before training

Spray directly onto exposed skin and allow to air-dry.

During training

Reapply to exposed skin as required, particularly between training sessions or rounds.

After training

Apply to exposed skin immediately after training and allow to air-dry. Shower thoroughly as soon as practical and change into clean clothing.
