Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements
  • Opened personal care products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note banks or card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
