Over the past 15+ years, I’ve spent significant time studying and applying nutrition and supplementation strategies — originally driven by my own struggles with skin and inflammation issues in my early 20s.
Through consistent testing, refinement, and real-world application, I rebuilt my own health and skin — and now apply those same practical systems to help athletes stay consistent, healthy, and performing at a high level.
