Directions for Use

Before training
Spray to cover exposed skin or equipment. Allow to air-dry before contact.

During training
Reapply as needed to exposed skin, gloves, pads or equipment.

After training
Wipe away sweat and dirt, then spray directly onto skin or equipment and allow to dry naturally.
